Kevin Quigley’s practice is focused on providing Indian gaming business counsel services nationwide to casino management/development companies, gaming equipment vendors, financial institutions and tribal governments and their tribal agencies with matters related to federal, state and tribal regulatory compliance, financing, taxation, jurisdiction, Indian lands and i-gaming issues. Quigley also assists tribes and states with negotiating tribal-state compacts, acts as legal counsel to tribal gaming commissions, and advises utility companies with tribal jurisdiction issues.
