Starting her career in Finance and Risk Management, she has transferred her skills easily and has become a highly skilled executive for the igaming and sportsbook business.
Adrianna has started her igaming experience with Golden Nugget who is number 1 in the igaming industry. Andrew Crowe is the SVP of Business Development for Sightline Payments, with over 30 years of global payments experience including card issuing, merchant acquiring, and processing solutions for the regulated gaming and lottery industries.
Previously, he served as VP of Market Development for Worldpay Gaming, building out new market verticals, with an emphasis on the North American Lottery industry. Prior to this, he was VP of Payments and iLottery Business Development for IGT Global Solutions, where he launched the US lottery industry’s first integrated player card prepaid program and established and managed payment processing for the first internet lottery sales platforms in the US. Before joining IGT, Andrew held various product strategy and management positions across such industry leaders as Mastercard and JPMorgan Chase.
Fernando Sussesso is Nuvei’s Sales Manager LATAM, Digital Payments. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Fernando is responsible for guiding Nuvei’s sales and marketing campaigns throughout the LATAM market. Fernando has more than five years of experience in the payment industry, speaks four languages including Spanish and Mandarin, and holds a BSc from the Federal University of ABC and a degree in industrial engineering from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. In his spare time, he enjoys learning new languages, reading personal development books, snowboarding and playing guitar.
As Latin America Government Relations and Business Development Representative, Georges Didier consolidates and strengthens GLI’s relationship with gaming regulators, manufacturers and operators. His professional background includes working in operations and commercial areas for various gaming companies. He has successfully introduced new products to local markets and has conducted independent consultancies. He also has public sector administrative experience. Didier specialized in management development at the Pacífico del Perú University.

Working closely with regulators and operators across the region, Cristian helps to bring players entertainment through negotiating bespoke agreements that unlock Play’n GO’s industry-leading titles and server-based gaming solution OMNY® in regulated marketplaces.
Cristian has 20 years of Sales and Business Development experience in LATAM, across the Gaming, Telecom and SW Development industries. He also holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird.
As Caribbean Government Relations and Business Development Representative for Gaming Laboratories International (GLI®), José Carlos Figueroa maintains relationships with GLI’s regulatory clients and gaming suppliers. Figueroa delivers quality presentations on gaming regulation processes and procedures. He is also responsible for drafting policies, legislation, and regulations. Additionally, Figueroa performs on-site inspections of gaming equipment, gaming systems, and associated components to verify compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Before joining GLI, Figueroa served as Deputy Gaming Director for the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC). In this role, he evaluated, supervised, and coordinated the activities of the Gaming Division Fiscalization Area. This included the implementation of regulations and electronic games, investigations, licensing, and compliance programs. He developed new technology processes and training programs and approved technical standards for slot machines, gaming systems, and electronic devices operating in Puerto Rican casinos. Additionally, Figueroa developed and implemented guidelines for auditing slot machines, slot systems, and network assessments.
Figueroa also served as licensing supervisor and gaming officer overseeing the operations of the PRTC’s Enterprise and Employee License Unit. In this capacity, he developed and supervised investigations on license applications and casino franchise violations. Figueroa also analyzed changes to and implementation of casino internal controls and standard operating procedures. He also was a project manager for the development of gaming regulations and business intelligence applications of the Gaming Division. Additionally, he was the liaison between the Gaming Division and U.S. and international gaming jurisdictions.
Previously, Figueroa was an accounting officer and emergency management coordinator for Hotel Development Corporation. He was responsible for the full accounting cycle for the corporation and its hotels. He also validated and reviewed new project feasibility studies. Additionally, he coordinated with government and law enforcement agencies and municipalities in the event of an emergency.
Figueroa majored in Accounting at the University of Puerto Rico, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He also holds certifications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in financial background investigation techniques, slot analysis, and Sports Betting. Additionally, he is certified by FEMA as a Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT).

MARK HEMMERLE is Vice President, Gaming & Compliance Counsel for Shift4 Payments. With more than 20 years gaming and payments experience, he was General Counsel, Asst. General Manager and General Manager for two casinos under Hyatt (Hotels) Gaming Management Group including Grand Victoria Casino and subsequently opened and ran Indiana Live! Casino in Shelbyville, Indiana. Mark joined Worldpay (formerly Vantiv Gaming Solutions) in 2014 and was instrumental in building out the payments space for lawful gaming and gambling payment transactions.
Rich has served in executive and board positions in the gaming industry where he successfully built and directed their US digital operations in the Social, iGaming, Sports Betting, Skill, DFS, and ADW markets. Daniel Wallach is the founder of Wallach Legal LLC, a law firm devoted principally to the burgeoning field of sports wagering and gaming law in the United States. Sarah leads the video, editorial and social teams at Yahoo Sports in shaping the content strategy and partners closely with teams across Verizon to realize that vision through partnerships, monetization and tech. Named to the inaugural “Crain’s Notable Women in the Business of Sports” in 2019, Sarah continues to develop innovative ways to match sports storytelling to shifting audience behaviors.
Prior to her role with Yahoo Sports, Sarah was the Senior Director of Content Partnerships and Business Development at AOL where she oversaw the strategy and ongoing management for premium content partners. Sarah also held positions at AOL as Director of Marketing for AOL Video, where she oversaw the annual Newfront event, and Chief of Staff to AOL’s CEO.
Sarah is a passionate women’s lacrosse fan, having played at her alma mater, Georgetown University. She currently remains active with the sport as an on-air analyst for women’s lacrosse games, having covered games for CBS Sports, ESPN, and NCAA. Sarah is an active member of the Hashtag Sports Diversity & Inclusion Committee and spends a lot of time advocating for gender equality and increasing visibility of diverse talent in sports media. Born and raised in Annapolis, MD, Sarah now resides outside of New York City with her husband Kyle, two sons Ryan and James, and daughter Audrey.
Geoff Reiss is the GM of Yahoo Sports. His career in media has spanned digital, print, television and live events and he’s helped shape some of the most innovative and successful media businesses in sports.
After spending six years at Spy Magazine he joined Starwave, a digital media and technology company founded by Paul Allen. While at Starwave, Reiss oversaw the launch of ESPN.com, NFL.com, NBA.com and NASCAR.com and managed the creation of ESPN’s Fantasy and Insider products.
While at ESPN he managed ESPN the Magazine, oversaw the development and acquisition of the Peabody Award winning documentary Black Magic and led ESPN’s licensing efforts including the company’s groundbreaking deal with Electronic Arts.
After leaving ESPN Reiss was the CEO of the Professional Bowlers Association, led sports partnerships at Twitter and grew early stage digital media companies as a consultant and board member.
Reiss leads Yahoo Sports and works with Verizon, Verizon Media’s corporate parent developing the next generation of digital sports experiences for fans across all platforms in all territories.
Neil Erlick is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at Nuvei, where he oversees strategic business development in key industry verticals, corporate partnerships, as well as enhancing the Company’s overall growth in the U.S. regulated gaming market. Mr. Erlick spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles at Paysafe Group, most recently having served as Executive Vice President of Business Development. Supporting global gaming operators, he helped grow the company from a start-up to a multibillion-dollar enterprise. Neil has facilitated partnerships with professional sports teams and leagues, as well as brokered transformational deals in high growth digital sectors. Having worked closely with the card brands and payment stakeholders, Neil has helped collaborate, educate and pioneer industry awareness to the U.S. sports betting industry, following the Supreme Court ruling in 2018 to end the federal ban. In 2015, Neil was elected to the Board of Directors of the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA) and was named in Global Gaming Business Magazine’s 2017 class of 40 Under 40. Neil currently sits on the Board of Directors of the American Gaming Association.
Tammi Barlow is Director of Responsible Gaming and Corporate Social Responsibility for Caesars Entertainment (formerly William Hill US), the largest gaming entertainment company in the U.S In her role, Tammi organizes, communicates, and coordinates internal and external responsible gaming campaigns for the company, ensures responsible gaming compliance with regulatory requirements in various jurisdictions, supports internal business clients with compliance of responsible gaming regulations, and manages key relationships in the gambling treatment and advocacy community. In 2020, Tammi’s role was expanded to include diversity and inclusion, and community initiatives.
Before joining Caesars Entertainment (formally William Hill), for nearly nine years, Tammi was the Manager of Responsible Gaming and Corporate Social Responsibility for IGT. In her role, she managed CSR programs for more than 12,000 employees worldwide which included responsible gaming, sustainability, and community relations.
Her educational background includes an MBA with a focus on integrated marketing communications from Roosevelt University, and a Bachelors degree, with a focus on communications and journalism from Chicago State University.
Keith S. Whyte became the Executive Director of the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) in October 1998. NCPG is the national advocate for programs and services to assist problem gamblers and their families. .
Previously, Mr. Whyte served as Director of Research for the American Gaming Association where he was responsible for research and public policy issues, including problem gambling. His additional experience includes the American Bar Association’s Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities where he dealt with policy issues relating to civil rights, human rights, healthcare, and immigration law. He began his career working on healthcare policy in the office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Keith graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Certificate in International Relations. He also studied at Leiden University, the Netherlands.
Mr. Whyte has presented in 39 US states and 26 countries. He has written numerous articles, studies and book chapters on gaming issues. In addition, Keith has testified four times before the United States Congress on gambling-related legislation. He regularly discusses gaming issues in national and international print, radio and broadcast media
With a prominent career in state and federal public affairs, William J. Pascrell, III ESQ is more commonly known as BPIII, is a partner with the Princeton Public Affairs Group, Inc. BPIII has worked as Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey, Chief of Staff for a member of Congress, and was Passaic County Counsel from January 1998-2019 with support from both sides of the political aisle. As County Counsel, BPIII drafted and worked to get the Freeholders to adopt the toughest ethics code in New Jersey. BPIII has held various positions on political campaigns at the federal and state level including New Jersey Governors James Florio, Jon Corzine, and Dick Codey. Additionally, he has worked at a senior level on the Presidential campaigns of Bill Clinton, Al Gore, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama.
BPIII is a founder and sits on the Board of Freedom Bank, a federally and state-chartered New Jersey bank. Along with these distinctions BPIII also serves on the Board of Directors of the NJ Community Development Corporation, Habitat for Humanity, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, North Jersey Country Club, and the United Way of Passaic County.
BPIII graduated in 1982 from Don Bosco Technical High School in Paterson, Rutgers University Cum Laude with a BA in 1986, Seton Hall Law School with a JD in 1989, and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University with an MPA in 1992. Bill was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1990 and is a member of the bar in Washington DC and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
In 1991 BPIII was selected as a delegate to the American Council of Young Political Leaders exchange program to Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. In 1992 he was also a Leadership NJ Fellow.
BPIII has worked on behalf of many industries in both Trenton, New Jersey, and Washington DC including Pharmaceutical, Petroleum, Energy, Transportation, Law Enforcement, Health Care along with major development projects.
In the area of gaming and casino, BPIII has various gaming interests throughout the United States, Europe, South America, Canada, and Israel. His clients include Trump, Pinnacle, The AC Chamber of Commerce, The NJ Casino Association, Sportech, Playtech, Camelot Lottery, Hard Rock Casinos, IMEGA, High 5 Games, Global Betting Exchange, Cashbet, Ezugi, PickLive, Line Gaming Holdings, Game Sports Network, The New Meadowlands Racetrack, Liberty Rising Casino, The Atlantic Club Casino Hotel, OTG Management, Rational Services, Vote Yes on Sports Betting in NJ Coalition and Poker Stars. He has become the state’s top expert with regards to internet gaming issues and has recently lead the campaign to pass an NJ Sports Betting law after a successful statewide referendum campaign which BPIII managed. BPIII continues to advise the Christie Administration, and the NJ State Legislature on the ongoing federal lawsuit involving sports betting, the NFL et. al. vs. Chris Christie.
Most notably BPIII leads a multi-year campaign to pass the New Jersey On-Line Gaming Act recently signed into law by Governor Chris Christie. BPIII is also a member of the GiGSE (Global Internet Gaming and Sports Experts) Board of Advisors.
BPIII is also Executive Director of the newly formed AI2G American Institute for i-Gaming which was founded to promote legal, regulated Internet gambling at the state, tribal and federal levels through education, research advocacy, and outreach to government and other key stakeholders in the United States.

The political web site, Politics NJ, named BPIII in their Power List of top 100 political players in New Jersey. In 2003, NJBIZ magazine featured Bill in its annual Forty Under 40 edition. For the past 10 years, NJBIZ has recognized 40 young men and women for their outstanding contributions to the New Jersey Business Community. BPIII is the star of the weekly show “The Battling Bills” which is on every Sunday on Comcast CN8. He is also a regular political commentator on talk shows like “It’s Your Call” with Lynn Doyle, “Diner Politics” with Laura Jones, News 12’s “Power and Politics” and has participated in live Court TV Internet discussions. In 2005 BPIII was nominated for a Mid-Atlantic Emmy award for performance on the “Battling Bills” weekly national political show.
Martin Lycka is Director of Regulatory Affairs at GVC Holdings as well as the founder and trustee of the GVC Foundation US and the GVC Global Foundation. He has advised global listed gambling businesses in a variety of legal and regulatory roles for over 11 years. Martin also serves on a number of boards, including the EGBA and the German Online Casino Association. He is the 2019 Global Awards Head of Regulatory Awards of the Year Award winner and has been recently named one of the 40 under 40 Emerging Gaming Leaders, Class 2020-21.
